Lynn Dowd, Ed. S., CVE, ICVE is an Internationally Certified Vocational Evaluator with over 30 years of experience in the field. Through Careerworks, Inc., she provides career assessment and planning services to individuals and training and consultation services to businesses, educational programs and non-profit agencies. Lynn previously taught distance learning classes in career assessment for The George Washington University where she achieved both her Master’s and her Education Specialist degrees. Lynn served as President of the International Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals Association (VECAP), coauthored the organization’s Blueprint for the Future and is currently serving as their Standards Chairperson. Lynn has authored numerous papers in her field and has provided training at state, regional and national conferences. She is the author of the Career Priorities Profile and the O*NET Picture Interest Profiler.
Susan Lerch, B.A., is a Career Assessment Technician and Job Exploration Counselor with Careerworks, Inc. She has worked in this capacity for 15 years. Susie has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond. She previously worked in the fields of special education and marketing.
